Overview
These terms apply to the use of the Tarragon Flowers website and any enquiries, orders, workshops or services provided.
By using this website or placing an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
About Tarragon Flowers
Tarragon Flowers is a small, seasonal flower growing business based in North Yorkshire.
All flowers are grown and arranged by Holly Rankin, with a focus on seasonal, pesticide-free blooms.
Orders and enquiries
All flowers are made to order and subject to seasonal availability.
Orders are taken via enquiry rather than direct online purchase. Availability will be confirmed by email.
Because flowers are seasonal, exact varieties and colours may vary depending on what is in bloom at the time.
Pricing and payment
Pricing will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Payment details and timing will be agreed directly with you before your order is confirmed.
Cancellations
As flowers are grown and cut to order, a minimum of one week’s notice is required for cancellations.
This allows time to offer those flowers elsewhere and helps support other local growers through the York Cut Flower Collective.
Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible after collection or delivery, and I will always do my best to help.
Delivery and collection
Delivery is available within a 5 mile radius of Dishforth.
Delivery details and timing will be agreed at the point of booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers at the agreed time.
Collection details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Workshops
Workshop spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible. Transfers may be offered at discretion, depending on availability.
Wholesale flowers
Wholesale flowers may be supplied directly or through the York Cut Flower Collective.
Availability will depend on the season and current growing conditions.
