About Me

I’m Holly, the grower behind Tarragon Flowers.

From my micro flower farm in the Yorkshire countryside, I grow seasonal flowers with a focus on scent, movement and natural beauty. Everything is grown without pesticides and in tune with the seasons — from the first spring stems through to late summer dahlias.

I’m drawn to flowers that feel unconstrained and full of life — the kind that bring a sense of the garden indoors. Each bouquet is cut and arranged by hand, using what’s in bloom at that moment, so no two are ever quite the same.

Alongside subscriptions, freshly cut seasonal buckets, bouquets and workshops, I am privileged to create bespoke wedding, event and funeral flowers.  I also supply flowers wholesale through the York Cut Flower Collective, supporting a wider network of local growers.

Everything is grown with care for the environment, with an emphasis on sustainability and supporting pollinators — simple, seasonal flowers, made to be enjoyed.
